Our summer recipe, the thin apricot & lavender tart

A great tart to enjoy in the summer, buy organic apricots from a local farmer for an even better taste.


To do this, you need:

- Apricots
- Shortcrust pastry (ready-made or homemade)
- Lavender
- Cane sugar
- Slices of butter

Let’s start the recipe!

First, cut your apricots using your Kaitsuko chef's knife .


Then, arrange the apricots on the shortcrust pastry in a circle.

Then add the butter strips and the lavender.

Bake for the first time at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

After this first cooking, sprinkle with cane sugar.

Bake again at 160 degrees for 35 minutes.
