Hello everyone,
We are delighted to share with you today the making of our filming.
A big thank you to all the filming teams of the videographers and to the Chef present for the filming!
Alexandre Mauvais, whose reputation is well established, former chef of the Gastronomic Restaurant of the Citadel of Metz and today in charge of the kitchens of the 4-star Best Western hotel in Metz Technopole was with us today.
We have selected several ranges of knives present on the site, from Chef's knives to Kiritsuke knives and our beautiful Nakiri.
With his mastery and dexterity, chef Alexandre Mauvais impressed with his cutting techniques as well as his ingenuity during the various shots by enhancing the dishes for scenes each more captivating than the last. We can't wait to show you the final result in a few days.
